PGT Rules

1. Have Fun and Don’t Be an Ass!
Golf is supposed to be enjoyable. Compete hard, laugh a lot, and remember everyone is here to have a great day on the course. Respect other players, the course, and the staff.  Contact the tournament director if there is a real problem.

2. This Tour is for the Average Golfer
PGT events are meant to be a chance for the average golfer to experience the tour made for the rest of us.  Scratch golfers are welcome to sign up and enjoy the day but must indicate they are not playing for the championship

.3. Keep It Moving
Be ready when it’s your turn. Play ready golf when appropriate.

4. Call Penalties on Yourself
Integrity is the backbone of golf. If you incur a penalty, own it.

5. Respect the Course
Fix ball marks, rake bunkers, replace divots, and leave the course better than you found it.

6. No Whining.  No Complainiing
Good shots deserve respect. Bad shots deserve encouragement and a little fun at your expense. No one wants to play with someone who mopes all day.

7. Take Videos & Pictures of Your Best Shots, Worst Shots, Celebrations, and Sadness!
PGT events are meant to be social.  Send us your pictures and videos for the IG page and the website.  You could even win a prize or be selected to go to the Championship!

8. Must be 21 to Play
PGT requires all players to be of legal drinking age.

9. Accept the Rub of the Green
Bad breaks happen. Good breaks happen. That’s golf.

10. Take Care of the People Who Take Care of You!
If you are fortunate enough to be able to play with PGT for a tournament, you can afford to tip!  Take good care of the staff at the course.
